Does anyone know of any way to find something that will work for chase?

Try TDAmeritrade, Etrade, and Fidelity.
I do know if you rinse and repeat this deal then none of them will work and that may be your problem.
You may have to really do a DD.

If you can't find it at FW then you can't find it anywhere.

Bonehead, READ the 9/16 message from Chimmy826 on pg 26 of the FW thread which I linked. ACH pushes from paypal supposedly count as DD at Chase. Of course, YMMV.
