Any Banks/CUs allow you to fund accounts w/CC?

Anyone know of any banks or CUs which allow you to fund your account (MM or CD) with a credit card? Prefer those that allow $5k or more. I get 2% back so this would be a big bump in the effective interest rate for the first year.
