This offer is only available to new personal checking account customers. The checking account must be opened online through pncbank.com. You must complete the application online and mail in the required signature page at the end of the application before the account is officially opened. Your Target GiftCard will arrive 4-6 weeks after account opening.
To receive your $25 gift card for online bill payment:
You must sign-up for Account Link Web Bill Payment or Bill Payment through Quicken and activate the service by paying two bills online within 60 days of sign-up and no later than April 30, 2004. Please allow four business days for payments to be processed. Your Target GiftCard will arrive 4-6 weeks after bill payments are made."
