Terms:
Reward subject to opening a checking account with a $100 minimum balance (not including direct deposit bonus)
and establishing a valid direct deposit relationship with Gateway Bank. Direct deposit must be established within
90 days of account opening. Limit of one reward bonus per account holder. Account must remain open for a
period of six months or reward will be debited from account at closing. Account is subject to approval. Account
maintenance fees may apply. 1099 will be provided for all cash rewards. Offer subject to change without notice.
