Effective November 1, 2010 new customers to Webster Investment Services (WIS) are eligible for an American Express® gift card for new brokerage accounts with funds or investments deposited or transferred to UVEST Financial Services by December 31, 2010. Open to new customers only for any standard brokerage account. To be paid on or before January 31, 2011 based on assets in account as of December 31, 2010. To be paid as follows: $50 American Express® gift card for accounts of $25,000 or more in our standard brokerage account or $75 American Express® gift card for new accounts in our Premier Brokerage account. Premier Brokerage accounts require minimum assets of $100,000. Premier Brokerage: Must be in Premier Account for at least one year and the balance must not fall below $100,000 to be eligible for IRA maintenance and inactivity fee waivers and/or account transfer and termination fee reimbursements. If your balance falls below $100,000, standard fees will apply as follows: Maintenance Fee - $40; Inactivity Fee - $35; Account Transfer Fee - $95; Termination Fee - $95. Waived fees do not apply to applicable commissions charged for individual trades. Clients must request reimbursement for WIS termination fees within 60 days of the transfer out. Total incoming fees can be reimbursed to the client up to $150 and must be requested within 60 days of the transfer in.
