Terms:

Open a Fidelity Account® or Fidelity IRA and fund with $100K and you'll be eligible to receive 200 commission free domestic stock and options trades. Plus you can qualify for a 2% introductory margin rate for 90 days with a margin debt balance of $500K. Offer valid for new Fidelity customers only.

This Free Trade offer is valid only to new Fidelity brokerage customers opening a Fidelity Account® or Fidelity IRA. In order to receive 200 free trades credited by Fidelity into a Fidelity Account®, the account must be funded with at least $100,000 in cash and/or eligible securities. In order to receive 200 free trades credited by Fidelity into a Fidelity IRA, the account must be funded with at least $100,000 in retirement assets. Account holders must maintain a minimum account balance of $100,000 (minus any losses related to trading or market volatility) for at least 9 months from the date on which the trades are credited to the new account, otherwise commission charges may be incurred retroactively on free trade executions based on the customer's applicable commission rate under Fidelity's Commission & Fee Schedule.

New Fidelity Account® customers with transfers of at least $500,000 in margin debt are also eligible to receive a 2% introductory margin rate in addition to the 200 free trades. The 2% introductory margin rate applies for three margin cycles, which equals up to 119 but not less than 90 calendar days, after which the margin rate will revert to the customer's then applicable margin rate under Fidelity's Commission & Fee Schedule. Transfers of margin debt must meet Fidelity's minimum margin equity requirements at the time of transfer. Margin offer is not valid for IRA accounts.

For both promotions, funding must come from an external, non-Fidelity source via any standard monetary transfer method (a standard Transfer of Assets form, check, Electronic Funds Transfer, ADM deposit, etc.); rollovers from your former employer's Fidelity-managed 401(k) are treated as coming from an external source for purposes of this offer. Customers must register at www.fidelity.com/200freetrades. New accounts must be opened and funded within 30 days of registration. Offer registration expires December 31, 2010. Cash, eligible securities, and/or margin debit balance transfers from multiple sources will be aggregated to determine total account funding; assets will be valued at the time Fidelity receives them. Allow up to seven business days for assets to be registered in the system.

Free trades must be designated to the one account receiving the qualifying assets. Free trades are limited to domestic equities and options. Options trades limited to 20 contracts or less per trade; for orders beyond these limitations standard commission rates apply to the entire order. Trades must be used within 90 calendar days of being credited to the customer's account. You will not receive cash compensation for any unused commission-free trades; unused trades expire worthless. Offer is nontransferable, limited to one per household per year, and may not be combined with other offers.

This Free Trade offer is valid for any non-retirement brokerage or Fidelity IRA (Rollover IRA, Traditional IRA, Inherited IRA, Roth IRA, SEP-IRA accounts only) account in which individual security trading is not prohibited and which meets the minimum account opening requirements for this offer. The margin offer is only valid on margin eligible non-retirement accounts. Offers are not valid for non-U.S. residents, Stock Plan Services accounts, persons affiliated with FINRA, or employees of Fidelity, its affiliates, and members of their immediate families and households. Fidelity reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time. Other terms and conditions may apply.
