February 5% specials

Every month, we give our customers special opportunities to earn 5% back. This month, we're helping you find fun indoors and out. You'll earn 5% cash back on all non-PIN purchases at florists, museums and tourist attractions, amusement parks, and Netflix from February 1st to February 28th. And, because our customers asked for it, 5% cash back on tax preparation through the end of April. See home page for details.

The amount you can earn at the 5% cash back bonus rate is limited to $250 per household annually (starting on the day your account was opened). The total amount of cash back you can earn remains unlimited. Unless specific stores are named, qualifying purchases are determined by MCC codes. Non-PIN debit card purchases will earn 5% cash back in February in the following categories: Tourist Attractions and Exhibits (including Museums) (7991), Amusement Parks (7996), Florists (5193), and at the following places: Netflix®. PowerPerks are also available through April 30, 2011 at: H & R Block®, Jackson Hewitt®, TaxAct®, Liberty Tax Service® & TurboTax® (online only).

You will earn 2% cash back for all non-PIN debit card purchases you make for the first 3 months starting on the day that your account is opened. A month is defined as a 30 day period - not a calendar month. There is no limit to the total amount you can earn.

After the first 3 months, when your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is $5,000 or more, you'll earn 2% cash back for all non-PIN debit card purchases you make on that day. When your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is less than $5,000, you'll earn 1% cash back on all non-PIN debit card purchases you make on that day. To determine your starting Current Account Balance, we use your closing balance after all settled transactions from the previous business day. Pending purchases and transactions are not included in your Current Account Balance.

If you choose to earn coffee or music perks instead of cash back perks, you'll earn:

* Music: For every $100 in non-PIN debit card purchases, you will earn 2 songs when your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is $5,000 or more or 1 song when it is below $5,000. You will earn up to 5 songs for every $100 in non-PIN debit card purchases at the selected retailers specified by PerkStreetSM.
* Coffee: For every $200 in non-PIN debit card purchases, you will earn 2 cups of coffee when your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is $5,000 or more or 1 cup when it is below $5,000. You will earn up to 5 cups of coffee for every $200 in non-PIN debit card purchases at the selected retailers specified by PerkStreet.

You may switch perks programs at any time with no penalty.

In addition you will earn 5% cash back when shopping at certain retailers. We will announce the retailers and associated time periods for earning 5% cash back at those retailers via Twitter (@perkstreet), our Facebook page or other company communications. All perks will be awarded in accordance with the PerkStreet Rewards Program Agreement.

The following people are not eligible to receive this offer (we're sorry!):

* Former PerkStreet customers who closed their accounts within the last 24 months
* People who share a household with a PerkStreet customer

This offer and the calculation of perks are subject to the terms of the PerkStreet Rewards Program Agreement. We may modify or cancel this offer at any time.

*Making $601 in weekly non-PIN purchases will earn you $625 in perks annually (when you maintain a balance of $5,000). According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average American household spends $601 per week on purchases that could be put on a debit card, including stuff like utility bills or rent. According the the Federal Reserve paper 'Household Switching Behavior at Depository Institutions' (2002), the average lifespan of a checking account is ten years, which would make the average family's lifetime earning $6,250.

The Visa Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions. Cardholder must notify issuer promptly of any unauthorized use. Consult issuer for additional details or visit www.visa.com/security.
