Offer only valid for one new Firstrade individual, joint or IRA account opened from now through 06/30/2011 and funded within 30 days of account open date. To receive up to a maximum of 250 commission free internet equity or option trades, the account must be funded with equity valued at $2,000 or more within 30 days of account open date. Eligible accounts will receive commission-free online equity trades at the time of execution for 30 days after account funding. Option contract charges along with exercise and assignment fees still apply.
Account must remain open with minimum funding required for participating in the offer for 9 months, or Firstrade may charge the account for the cash and commission credits awarded to the account. Offer is not transferable and not valid with internal transfers, current Firstrade accounts, or with other offers. Limit one offer per account type. Taxes related to Firstrade offers are your responsibility. Firstrade reserves the right to restrict or revoke this offer at any time. Original shareholders depositing share certificates do not qualify. Void where prohibited.
