Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard must be opened to qualify for the $25 bonus and you must enroll in Visa Extras to earn the 6,000 bonus points. The first 1,000 bonus points will be available upon enrollment. The additional 5,000 Visa Extras bonus points are available to eligible Cardinal Student checking accounts opened between July 1, 2011 and August 31, 2011 and will be credited by September 30, 2011.
