The $5 Trade’n’Save Special’ is valid when a trade is executed with the
Sharebuilder Mobile Application from 10/17/2011 – 10/28/2011. One rebate per Customer account will be fulfilled. Customers who execute a trade on the
Sharebuilder mobile app during the promotion will receive a rebate up to $4.95 of the amount of the base commission that exceeds $5.00. The offer is not valid with IRA or Education Savings Accounts. ING DIRECT Investing reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and to refuse or recover any promotion award if we determine that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, or that any term of ING DIRECT Investing's Account Agreement has been violated.
