The following info about a $50 bonus for Buxx Card from Nationwide Bank was shared by FW member curvesahead on FW:

Previous bonus was $25, $5 ACTIVATION FEE IS WAIVED AS WELL.

The details:

To receive $50 bonus to Buxx Card Account, you must provide offer code 02010052. Bonus is limited to one per household. Buxx Card must be opened between 11/18/2011 and 01/01/2012. To receive the $50 bonus, you must load at least $25 to the card at opening. Please allow up to two weeks for the $50 bonus to be available on the Buxx card.

This seems to be a little different, as it appears to be one per household.
