First, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that you’re doing your friends a favor by introducing them to a great neighborhood bank. Second, if they decide to give us a try, we’ll give them a $50 Burke & Herbert Bank gift card for opening a new account, and give you a $50 gift card as well! How’s that for a win-win?
It’s easy to qualify for the referral rewards.
Simply fill out the left half of a referral form, and forward it to your friend. Have your friend fill out the right half, print out the form, and bring it to a nearby Burke & Herbert Bank branch and open one of our great checking accounts by May 12, 2012. If you prefer, you can print the form after completing it and give it to your friend.
Once your friend opens an account, all they need to do is enroll in Online Banking, and establish direct deposit or make three qualifying purchases with their new Burke & Herbert Bank Visa® Debit Card by May 31, 2012.
When they do, we’ll give them a $50 gift card as our way of saying welcome and we’ll give you a $50 gift card as our way of saying thank you.
There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer – or the number of $50 rewards you can earn.
REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE $50 REFERRAL REWARD:
New Customer: To be eligible to receive the $50 referral reward gift card, you must (1) be a new personal checking account customer (having no other personal checking accounts opened as of February 13, 2012); (2) open your new personal checking account by May 12, 2012; (3) enroll in Burke & Herbert Bank Online Banking; and (4) establish direct deposit into your new checking account OR complete three qualifying purchases e.g., purchases you make without using your Personal Identification Number (PIN), with the Burke & Herbert Bank Visa® Debit Card associated with your new account by May 31, 2012.
Important Privacy Notice: As a participant in the Burke & Herbert Bank Refer-a-Friend Program, you understand that the individual whose name appears on the referral form as “Current Customer”, may know that you opened an account and met the qualifying criteria needed for both of you to receive a $50 gift card. Qualifying customers will receive their $50 referral reward gift card by June 30, 2012.
Current Customer: To be eligible to receive the $50 referral reward gift card (1) you must be a Burke & Herbert Bank personal or business checking, savings and/or money market account customer with all accounts in good standing; (2) you must refer a non- Burke & Herbert Bank personal checking customer to open a new personal checking account by May 12, 2012; (3) your friend/new account opener must meet the requirements detailed above; and (4) we must receive a referral form with the “Current Customer” section completed by May 12, 2012 for each friend you refer.
You will receive a $50 referral reward gift card by June 30, 2012 for each successful referral that you make. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can receive
