Any account opened in connection with this offer and any benefit from and your use of such account or this offer is subject to your Scottrade Brokerage Account Agreement and the terms and conditions thereof. The 70-day free trading period will begin within five business days following the original account open date. To effect the offer, Scottrade will credit commission-free trade credits to your account for use in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will be charged all applicable commissions for trades made prior to the time that the commission-free trades are credited to and appear in your account. The free trading period will cease, and any commission-free trade credits or waived commissions or option contract fees expire, and normal commission charges and trade fees resume, 70 calendar days after trade credits are added to your account. Any commission-free trade or option contract fee credits appearing in your account in connection with this offer are for system operational purposes only, do not represent a maximum number of trades allowed during the 70-day period, and have no cash value. Such credits will automatically be removed from your account upon the expiration of the 70-day period or this offer. You will not receive any cash compensation for any unused commission-free trades or option contract fee credits. Commission-free trade credits are not transferable between brokerage accounts or to other Scottrade clients.
Scottrade reserves the right to change, modify, restrict or remove this offer at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without notice to you. Scottrade may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you, terminate your participation in this offer and remove any commission-free trade credits made to your account if you use the offer to make trades in securities priced below $1. The costs of securities purchased are not covered by this offer. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
