Terms:
Offer is valid for any new Sunmark checking account or loan when the referral form or referral ID is presented at the time of account opening or loan closing, respectively. To receive the offer described, the referee (new member) must not be a current Sunmark member. New members opening a checking account and must make a $50 minimum opening deposit and have a monthly automatic transfer of at least $25 to the account; or new members who obtain a loan must be advanced at least $2,500. New members can refer themselves for $25 provided they meet all other qualifications. All new and referring members must remain in good standing for 60 days to qualify. Upon meeting all qualifications, the referring and new member will each receive a $25 deposit into the share savings account 8-12 weeks after the new account opening or loan closing. Sunmark Federal Credit Union employees and volunteers, and their respective accounts, are not eligible to receive $25 for referring new members. New members referred by them are eligible. All accounts are subject to our normal approval process. Can be combined with other offers at the discretion of Sunmark. A 1099-INT may be issued.
