Welcome bonus offer not available to applicants who have had this product within the last 12 months. To be eligible for this welcome bonus offer you must apply for the Card on or after June 26, 2012 and no later than January 7, 2013. If you apply after January 7, 2013, we may still process your application but you will not be eligible for the 0.5% discount. The 0.5% discount will appear as a credit on your billing statement within 4 to 6 weeks after charges for eligible purchases appear on your billing statement. Early Pay Discount: Pay any portion of your balance within 10 days of the statement closing date and get a 1.5% discount on virtually all purchases made that month. Total payments must be equal to or greater than minimum payment due to receive a discount on the portion paid early. The discount will appear as a credit on the following billing statement. "Eligible purchases" are purchases of goods and services for use or consumption by the Company in its ordinary course of business, minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do not include fees, previously deterred amount, purchases of traveler's checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards or purchases of any cash equivalents.

Extra Days to Pay: If you pay at least 10% of the balance from new activity on your billing statement plus the entire amount of any previously deferred payment by the Payment Due Date on that statement, you may Defer Payment of the remainder of that balance until the closing date of your next billing cycle with no interest.
Purchase Protection: Purchase Protection is underwritten by AMEX Assurance Company, Administrative Office, Phoenix, AZ. Coverage is determined by the terms, conditions, and exclusions of Policy AX0951 or Policy PP-IND and is subject to change with notice. This document does not supplement or replace the Policy.
Return Protection: Coverage is limited to 90 days from purchase, up to $300 per item and up to a maximum of $1,000 per Cardmember account per calendar year. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed. Subject to additional terms, conditions and exclusions.
