I have not heard of Amboy Direct. What experience does anyone have with them? I will have to look them up. I will need to see if this is a feasible banking option for me.

There were reports that Amboy Direct website was hacked in 2007, see at

Hopefully, they have improved their website security since then.

Thanks for the information. I did not know their account had been hacked. I will have to read up on the story. Of course, that was several years ago already. I would want to make sure they have much better security measures first.

I had not heard of Amboy either. I wonder if I can obtain an account from the state where I live. I am living in North Carolina. I, too, would want to thoroughly investigate their current security.
