1Chase Total Business Checking® has no Monthly Service Fee when you maintain a daily minimum balance of $1,500 or more or if you maintain a linked Chase Private Client CheckingSM or Chase Premier Platinum Checking SM personal account. Otherwise a $12 Monthly Service Fee will apply ($10 Monthly Service Fee when enrolled in Paperless Statements).

Account Alerts: There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply. Such charges include those from your communications service provider. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations. Any time you review your balance, keep in mind it may not reflect all transactions including recent debit card transactions or checks you have written. A qualifying Chase transfer account is required to transfer funds via text.
3Chase QuickDepositSM enrollment is subject to approval and availability in your area. If approved, a two year contract is required which includes a free check scanner. A monthly maintenance fee of $25 applies for the single feed check scanner option or $50 applies for the multiple feed check scanner option. Additional scanners are available for purchase at a one-time charge of $300 per scanner for the single feed check scanner and $600 per scanner for the multiple feed check scanner (plus applicable sales tax). During the first 60 days, you may, for any reason, cancel the service and return the scanner at no cost. After that, a cancellation fee of $250 applies if the service is discontinued prior to the end of the two year contract term. All check and deposit item fees will be billed and processed according to your account maintenance fee schedule.

Business Associate Card: The Business Associate Card may be issued only to employees of a business, allowing employee(s) to deposit, withdraw and purchase, drawing from a primary Business checking account. An employee is defined as a full-time or part-time employee of a business or a contractor for which our client files 1099 reporting. The signer can set limits in $100 increments, from $0-$1,000 (not including fees) for withdrawals and $1-$5,000 for spending, however, setting the spending limit to $1 does not prevent certain charges from being pre-authorized and settled. The business is responsible for all charges. Associate Cards cannot be shared by employees and must be closed once an employee leaves the business or the contractor relationship is terminated.
Up to an additional three (3) Business checking and up to five (5) Business savings accounts may be linked to a Business Associate Card. When the signer performs any additional linking, beyond the primary Business checking account, the employee will automatically gain the additional ability to transfer funds between any and all accounts their card is linked to, as well as deposit to and, subject to the limits you set, withdraw funds from these additional accounts.
