Customer username at FirstIB is a part of checking/savings account number. It is possible to find out somebody's username from a personal check or other kind of documents like statement that have FirstIB account number. At this moment, FirstIB does not allow customers change username to access their accounts online. Should FirstIB let customers change their usernames?
