$75 bonus available only for first-time NetBank customers, and will be paid only once to any individual. Bonus offer applies only to account applications received by 12/31/04, and only if (a) your checking account maintains an average daily balance of at least $1,500 or more for a minimum of 30 days and (B) the account has received a minimum monthly $500 direct deposit to the account by 4/30/05. Once all promotional requirements are met, the $75 bonus will be awarded within 30 days of receipt of first direct deposit.
A $50 minimum deposit is required to open any Checking Account. Annual percentage yield (APY) on the NetValue Interest Checking Account is 0.99% and 1.49% on the SuperValue Checking Account as of 09/28/2004. The APY is variable and may change before or after the account is opened. All new accounts are subject to NetBank credit approval, account opening procedures, and standard account terms and disclosures for the account (a higher balance is required to obtain the bonus).
There is no monthly service charge on the NetValue Interest Checking Account with online account statements. There is a monthly service charge of $3 for the SuperValue Checking Account for accounts with an average daily balance of $500 or more. A fee of $9 a month will be charged for each month in which the average daily balance for the month on a SuperValue Checking Account is less than $500. There is a $3 fee on both the NetValue and SuperValue Checking Accounts if you choose to have your monthly statements mailed to you.
