Get two Famous Players tickets, two soft drinks, one regular popcorn when you open your first AMEX Investment savings account (!!! not AMEX RSP Investment savings account!!!) with, at least, $200 initial deposit. Unless a person lives in Canada, it would be very difficult to take advantage of this deal. These are Canadian accounts and Famous Players theaters are located in Canada. Anyway, to answer your question...

The both accounts give 2.40% APY.
The RSP account is a tax-sheltered account. I guess it is something like IRA in US but I am not sure.
