I have a hard time finding Canadian promotions like this: 12 months 0% balance transfer from Citibank. You can apply online at: www.applynow.citibank.ca. You need to use the access code A4N. Offer is valid until April 15, 2005.
Does anyone else know of any other offers like this in Canada?

I have not seen 0% balance transfer promos from other Canadian banks (it does not mean that such offers do not exist). My limited research of Canadian market of credit cards suggests that Citibank in Canada usually offers the best credit card promotions and terms.
