Through a referral (like myself) you can get $25 for opening an account with ING for as little as $1. You can also then refer about to 25 people who will also get a the $25 and you get $10 for each of your referrals who sign up.

You do need to keep your account funded for 30 days but the account is so great you'll want to keep it there anyway.
