Dont Honor Request

I had ordered something on line and 2 hours later I cancelled. 3 days later they sent it and charged me for it. I checked my account and saw that charge and I told the bank that I did not authorize this charge. They honored the charge and payed it which thru my account into the red and also charged me $64 Insufficent Funds Charge. I guess that the bank does not honor their customers request. What can I do?
