The information you provide in registering for this offer must match the information used to open the new Compass checking account. Checking accounts applied for, or opened in, a Compass branch are not eligible for this offer. You do not qualify if you register for this offer online in a Compass branch office or complete an online Personal Checking application in a Compass branch office. Requesting your bonus: After opening your new Compass checking account, go to www.compassbank.com/go/shuffle within 30 days of registering for this offer to request your Apple iPod Shuffle. Color choice is limited to the colors offered by Apple and what Mpell has available. Color selection will not be changed after this point unless the color selected is not available. If color selected is not available you will be contacted regarding another color choice. Compass Bank will verify that the account was opened and does not have a negative balance. If the account has a negative balance, Compass Bank will allow the applicant seven business days to remedy the issue in order to qualify for the gift or the offer is void. Once approved, your claim will be processed by our gift fulfillment company, Mpell Solutions, Inc. Mpell will email you a gift redemption form. This form must be completed and mailed to Mpell Solutions, Inc. with $9.95 S&H to receive your gift. You have 30 days to return your completed form to Mpell Solutions, Inc in order to receive your gift or the offer is void.
