Grow Financial Credit Union in St. Petersburg Florida is offering a personal checking account with a $0 minimum deposit, with an APR of 3.0%. Over $5000 the APR is 0.25%

Not that attarctive, still 12 debit transactions and a minimum of $500 (salary) direct deposit.
