However, I really don't like the customer service. Maybe I'm unlucky, but even the people on the phone aren't that nice...nor helpful. I went in to ask about their CD rates and they wouldn't even print out a sheet or something....grr.
Also, I don't like the way the funds don't show up until at at least the next day or until monday or tuesday if I deposited the amount on a weekend. I mean, my total balance for a week was $0!!! At least they shoud show that I have the opening amount in the bank!
oh well. End of rant/temper tantrum. I'm closing this account in 6 months.
